The Keysight N3302A is a 150 W electronic load module engineered for integration into N3300A or N3301A mainframes. It operates in constant current (CC), constant voltage (CV), and constant resistance (CR) modes with 16-bit measurement precision across voltage, current, and power. The module handles 0–60 V and 0–30 A inputs, operates stably down to zero volts, and digitizes waveforms for advanced power source characterization. Multiple modules can be installed in a single mainframe to test multiple power sources or outputs simultaneously under unified GPIB control, significantly accelerating ATE throughput and test cycle times.
