The Keysight U9361C is a compact, USB-powered Receiver Calibrator module that corrects systematic errors in signal analyzer measurements, including path losses and frequency response distortion. Operating from 10 MHz to 26.5 GHz, it transfers absolute power accuracy and generates IF flatness corrections across magnitudes and phase up to 5 GHz IF bandwidths. The U9361C enables precise movement of the measurement reference plane to the device-under-test output, improving receiver test system accuracy by an order of magnitude.
