The Keysight WJ1100A CipherJudge Key Intercept Hardware Kit is a specialized software-hardware package that intercepts and decodes ciphered mobile communication traffic. Operating as an add-on to the Keysight SJ001A WaveJudge Wireless Analyzer Toolset, this pocket-sized device physically connects to a target mobile device to intercept messages between the Mobile Equipment (ME) and Universal Subscriber Identity Module (USIM). It enables unique identification of User Equipment (UE) and decoding of all communications between the UE and base station.
