The Analogic DVX-2502 is a multi-channel data acquisition and digitizer system built on a dual eurocard (6U) VXI size B form factor for single-slot VME chassis integration. It provides eight shielded differential inputs with voltage and current protection, expandable to 256 channels using Analogic DVX multiplexer boards. Signal conditioning flows through an instrumentation amplifier and programmable gain amplifier with four software-selectable gains into a high-resolution, fast-sampling analog-to-digital converter. A two-channel on-board DMA controller enables direct data transfers to system memory over the VMEbus, minimizing I/O overhead. The system complies with VME Specification Rev. C1 and VXI Specification Rev. 1.3.
