The Ando AQ2752 Sensor Unit is a handheld optical power meter designed for precise measurement of optical signals across telecommunications wavelengths. Built around a 1 mm InGaAs photodetector, it delivers ±5% accuracy across a wide dynamic range and supports both continuous wave and chopped light measurement modes. The unit operates independently or integrates with Ando optical multimeters and test systems, functioning as a standalone power meter or as part of multi-function loss and return loss measurement configurations.

The AQ2752 interfaces directly with the Ando AQ2150 and AQ2150A Optical Multimeters. It is hot-swappable with light source and return loss units, enabling flexible configuration as an optical power meter, loss test set, or return loss measurement system. Compatible with AQ2140 frames when specific AQ2141 expansion modules are disconnected.
