The Anritsu 37247B is a microprocessor-controlled vector network analyzer designed for high-performance S-parameter characterization of passive and active RF devices. Operating from 40 MHz to 20 GHz, this compact bench-top instrument integrates a synthesized signal source, S-parameter test set, and tuned four-channel receiver into a single system. It delivers fast, accurate measurements of RF circuits, amplifiers, antennas, and transmission line properties with 12-term error-corrected sweeps and rapid GPIB data transfer to LCD color display or external VGA monitor.
