This 2-port or 4-port instrument combines measurement stability—0.1 dB magnitude and 0.05° phase over 24 hours—with exceptional dynamic range and the lowest millimeter-wave noise floor available. Single-sweep broadband coverage to 125 GHz eliminates the need for multiple instrument setups, while advanced analysis capabilities including DifferentialView™ for balanced measurements, PulseView™ pulse characterization at 2.5 ns resolution, and optional spectrum analyzer functionality support demanding R&D and manufacturing workflows. Compact millimeter-wave modules enable banded operation to 1.1 THz, and optimized on-wafer connectivity maximizes dynamic range for direct probe measurements.
