The Corning SMF-28e Optical Fiber is a single-mode fiber supplied in a 35 km spool for long-distance metropolitan and access network deployments. This fiber meets ITU-T G.652.D, IEC 60793-2-50 Type B1.3, TIA/EIA 492-CAAB, Telcordia GR-20, and ITU-T G.657 Table A specifications, ensuring full interoperability with standard single-mode infrastructure. It delivers low attenuation across the C and L bands with controlled dispersion characteristics suitable for high-bandwidth, extended-reach applications.
