Built on chip and wire hybrid construction in a TO-8 package, it delivers consistent gain and low noise performance across industrial, commercial, and military applications. The device supports upscreening to MIL-PRF-38534 Class H and Class K standards, enabling deployment in mission-critical environments.

## Technical Specifications

Small signal gain reaches 18.5 dB typical across 0–50 °C, with guaranteed minimums of 17.5 dB and 16.5 dB over the extended operating range of −55 to +85 °C. Gain flatness remains ±0.3 dB typical, improving to ±0.6 dB and ±0.8 dB at temperature extremes. Noise figure measures 3.3 dB typical in the 0.4–3.0 GHz band at standard conditions, rising to 4.0 dB and 4.5 dB guaranteed across the full temperature range.
