Operating from 0.01 to 1050 MHz with 10 Hz resolution, the instrument generates signals from -127 dBm to +13 dBm (+19 dBm overrange) with 0.1 dB steps and ±1 dB guaranteed accuracy. The 6060B supports AM, FM, and pulse modulation modes, including low-rate FM down to 0.5 Hz bandwidth and fast-rise pulse modulation with approximately 15 nanosecond rise/fall times.
