This DIN rail-mounted module delivers precise analog signal generation across configurable voltage and current ranges, supporting 2, 3, or 4-wire topologies. With 16-bit resolution, 1 mS per-channel speed, and ±0.05% accuracy at 25°C, the EP-4264-AA meets demanding process control requirements. The module integrates isolated loop-power sources with short-circuit protection and supports multiple industrial protocols including PROFINET RT, PROFIBUS, Modbus TCP, and EtherCAT. Its compact 11.5 mm I/O slice footprint maximizes cabinet density while maintaining 500 V AC channel-to-channel and 1500 V AC module-to-backplane isolation. Hot-swappable design and plug-and-play installation simplify system deployment and maintenance.
