The Emerson/Motorola MVME105 is a double-high VMEbus single board computer combining a Motorola MC68010 processor with integrated parallel and serial I/O for industrial control and data acquisition systems. Operating at 10 MHz, the board provides 512 KB of on-board RAM shared with the VMEbus, expandable through dedicated sockets for EPROM and static RAM configurations. One RS-232 serial port (DB-25) and one Centronics parallel printer port enable connectivity to external peripherals. The MVME105 functions as a system controller with interrupt handling and Level 3 bus arbitration capabilities, supporting stand-alone operation when paired with an external power supply and terminal.
