The Emerson/Motorola PMCSPAN-002 is a single-slot 6U VMEbus carrier board that integrates PCI Mezzanine Cards (PMCs) into VME-based systems. It accommodates one double-wide or two single-wide PMC modules per board and supports stacking to expand computational and I/O capabilities across multiple cards. The board bridges host CPU modules to customer-supplied PMCs via a PLX6150 PCI-to-PCI interface bridge, providing access to front-panel and P2 I/O connectors.
