This stainless steel probe delivers a linear measurement range of 2 mm (80 mils) with a scale factor of 7.87 V/mm (200 mV/mil) ± 5% and deviation from best fit straight line less than ±38 µm (±1.5 mil) typical. The probe mounts via 3/8-24 UNF thread and connects through a miniature coaxial ClickLoc™ connector, eliminating need for individual component matching or bench calibration when integrated with 3300 XL Proximitor® sensors and extension cables.
