This dual-slot module forces and measures up to 10 A and 10 V across pulsed voltage source with current monitoring and pulsed current source with voltage monitoring modes. Kelvin connections via separate FORCE and SENSE terminals enable accurate low-level and high-power measurements by minimizing lead resistance errors.
