The Agilent/Keysight 1145A is a two-channel active probe delivering 750 MHz bandwidth for precision signal capture on surface-mount devices and densely populated circuit boards. Its small-geometry tip minimizes loading while maintaining signal integrity across high-speed digital and analog signals. Active circuitry resides in a pod positioned 13 inches from the tip, yielding a lightweight probe head suited for detailed work in confined spaces. The standard 25-mil square pin socket accommodates industry-standard IC package adapters, with versatile SMD accessories supporting 5-mil JEDEC, 0.5-mm EIAJ, and 0.65-mm EIAJ packages.
