The HP/Agilent 4191A RF Impedance Analyzer is a precision instrument for measuring impedance parameters across the MF to UHF spectrum. Operating from 1 MHz to 1000 MHz, it delivers 1% basic accuracy on impedance elements and characterizes resistance, reactance, inductance, capacitance, quality factor, dissipation factor, and reflection coefficients. The analyzer supports both spot frequency and swept measurements with automatic, manual, linear, and logarithmic sweep modes.
