The HP/Agilent 54200D is a dual-channel digitizing oscilloscope delivering 50 MHz bandwidth with dual 200 MSa/s digitizers for precise transient and repetitive signal capture. This 2-channel instrument provides 1 kbyte of acquisition memory per channel with multiple display modes—infinite persistence, envelope, average, and digital storage—enabling detailed waveform characterization across DC to 50 MHz. The vertical system spans 40 mV to 40 V full-scale with ±2% gain accuracy and ±1.6% ADC accuracy, supporting AC and DC coupling with ±40 V maximum safe input.
