The HP/Agilent 60502A is a 300W electronic load module engineered for DC power source and component testing within HP/Agilent 6050A and 6051A mainframes. It operates across 3 to 60V DC and 0 to 60A DC, supporting constant current (CC), constant voltage (CV), and constant resistance (CR) modes with programmable ranges across multiple scales. The module delivers ±0.1% ±65 mA current accuracy in 60A range, ±0.05% ±45 mV voltage readback, and 10 kHz analog programming bandwidth. Pulse waveform generation spans 0.25–10 kHz with 9–91% duty cycle and slew rates from 1.0 A/ms to 5 A/µs in the 60A range. IEEE-488 (HP-IB) control enables full remote operation with analog monitoring, hardware/software triggering, and digital I/O for external relay control.
