It operates as a plug-in component within the FOM-7900B Fiber Optic System Mainframe, delivering stable, wavelength-specific optical output across the C and L bands. The module supports independent control via front-panel menu or remote command through RS-232 and GPIB (IEEE-488.2) interfaces, enabling multi-wavelength measurement campaigns and component validation in production and laboratory environments.
