The Keysight (Agilent) 1130A is a 1.5 GHz InfiniiMax active probe amplifier engineered for high-speed differential and single-ended signal probing in embedded designs. It delivers low input capacitance and flat frequency response through patented resistor probe tip technology, minimizing loading on the device under test while preserving signal fidelity. The amplifier integrates directly with Keysight Infiniium and InfiniiVision oscilloscopes via the AutoProbe Interface, which automatically configures oscilloscope settings for the connected probe.
