The Keysight 1660E is a 136-channel benchtop logic analyzer engineered for digital system debugging and verification. It delivers state analysis at 100 MHz across all channels and timing analysis up to 500 MHz (half channels) or 250 MHz (all channels). The instrument supports conventional timing at 250 MHz (all channels) and 500 MHz (half channels), transitional timing at 125 MHz (all channels) and 250 MHz (half channels), and glitch detection at 125 MHz (half channels). With 4K samples per channel (expandable to 8K in half-channel modes), the 1660E provides deep capture capability for complex signal acquisition.
The color VGA flat-panel display enables rapid waveform analysis and troubleshooting on the bench. Twelve levels of sequence triggering for state and ten levels for timing allow precise capture conditions. A 2 GB hard drive and 1.44 MB floppy disk drive support data and configuration storage. The analyzer measures 14.5 in. wide × 8.1 in. high × 17.3 in. deep and weighs approximately 26 lbs., making it suitable for space-constrained laboratories.
