The Keysight 16717A is a timing and state logic analyzer module that captures and analyzes digital signals across up to 68 channels. It delivers simultaneous acquisition of 2 GHz timing data and 333 MHz state data through a single connection to the device under test, enabling engineers to isolate timing-critical issues in complex digital systems. Deep memory acquisition and VisiTrigger™ technology provide flexible triggering for difficult-to-catch events. The module installs within compatible Keysight logic analysis system mainframes and scales up to five modules for systems reaching 340 channels.
