The Keysight 6641A is a programmable 200 W DC system power supply delivering 0–8 VDC at up to 20 A. Designed for design verification and production test environments, it combines precise voltage and current control with low-noise outputs and fast crowbar protection. Programming accuracy of 0.06% + 5 mV (voltage) and 0.15% + 26 mA (current) supports demanding automated test applications. Voltage ripple measures 300 µV RMS and 3 mV peak-to-peak across 20 Hz–20 MHz.
