The Keysight B2962B is a dual-channel, 6.5-digit low-noise power source delivering 32 W across two independent channels. It combines femtoampere-level current sourcing with nanovolt-level voltage resolution, making it ideal for precision characterization of analog and RF devices. The instrument operates in all four quadrants, sources and sinks current , and generates arbitrary waveforms up to 10 kHz. A 4.3-inch color touchscreen with intuitive GUI and 4.5-digit monitoring displays enable rapid setup and real-time feedback. Integrated programmable output resistance simulates battery, sensor, and converter behavior. Resistance measurement spans 2 Ω to 200 MΩ. Ultra-low noise performance—10 µVrms with external filter and 1 nVrms/√Hz at 10 kHz—ensures accurate measurements in noise-critical applications.
