The Keysight E5339A is a low-voltage Mictor probe designed for direct signal access to target devices with 38-pin Mictor connectors. It captures and analyzes digital signals across 34 channels (32 single-ended data, 2 single-ended clock) and interfaces with Keysight logic analyzers via 40-pin cable connectors. The probe enables measurement of low-amplitude signals down to 250 mV peak-to-peak with minimal loading (3.0 pF equivalent load capacitance) and supports data rates up to 600 Mb/s.
