It delivers 16 GSa/s sampling across all channels with 10-bit ADC resolution (expandable to 16 bits), achieving up to 9.0 ENOB and a noise floor as low as 43 µV. The platform integrates ASIC technology from the Infiniium UXR-Series for accelerated processing, enabling waveform update rates exceeding 200,000 wfm/s and intrinsic jitter as low as 118 fs.
