The Keysight N6782A is a single-channel, 2-quadrant Source/Measure Unit (SMU) engineered for advanced functional testing of semiconductor devices and power management circuits. Operating across ±6 V to ±20 V at up to ±3 A, the module sources and measures voltage and current with 0.025% + 1.8 mV programming accuracy on the 20 V range and 0.03% + 250 µA measurement accuracy on the 3 A range. The N6782A functions as a voltage or current source and as a Constant Voltage or Constant Current electronic load, delivering 20 W of output power in a single-slot form factor compatible with Keysight N6700C and N6705C modular power systems.
