The Keysight N7000A InfiniiMax III+ Series Probe Amplifier delivers 8 GHz bandwidth for high-speed differential bus probing. InfiniiMode technology enables simultaneous measurement of differential, single-ended (A or B), and common-mode signal components from a single probe connection. Each amplifier carries unique measured S-parameters that, combined with probe head S-parameters, provide precise AC correction and flattened magnitude and phase response across the measurement bandwidth.

• Direct connection to Infiniium 90000X/Q and V-Series oscilloscopes (software version 5.50 or higher)
• ESD-sensitive component requiring grounded wrist strap and static-safe handling
• Hot-swap probe head capability (except when DUT is not grounded to oscilloscope)
– Typical Applications
• Differential signal measurement and analysis
• Single-ended signal acquisition
• Common-mode component extraction from differential signals
• High-speed digital bus characterization
– Compatibility & Integration
Direct compatibility exists with Keysight Infiniium 90000X/Q and V-Series oscilloscopes. For 86100D oscilloscope integration, an N5477A adapter is required. InfiniiMax I and II probe heads are not compatible with this III+ amplifier; conversely, InfiniiMax III+ probe heads will not function with InfiniiMax I and II amplifiers.
