The Keysight RP7951A is a 5 kW, two-quadrant regenerative power system that sources and sinks DC power with ±20 A bidirectional capability at up to 500 V. Designed for high-voltage, high-power testing applications, this 3U compact unit regenerates up to 90% of consumed energy back to the grid, minimizing operational costs. Fast output speed with sub-millisecond command processing enables dynamic transient simulation and battery emulation across demanding test scenarios.
