The Keysight (Agilent) U9391G Comb Generator produces harmonically related frequencies spanning 10 MHz to 67 GHz, functioning as a precision phase reference standard for nonlinear measurements. Engineered around InP MMIC technology, it delivers superior phase stability and enables phase calibration of PNA and PNA-X network analyzers without external reference or calibration mixers. The device accepts input signals from 10 MHz to 6 GHz at power levels between −15 dBm and +15 dBm, and features a USB-controlled frequency divider with selectable divide ratios (1, 2, 4, 8, or 16× PRF). Minimum output tone spacing is 10 MHz, and calibration at a single input power level and frequency extends across a wider measurement range.
