This instrument delivers 10-bit vertical resolution standard, expandable to 16 bits via High Resolution mode, with a low-noise front-end and effective system ENOB of 8.1 bits at full bandwidth. The 15-inch XGA capacitive touchscreen and Windows 10 OS enable rapid setup and intuitive waveform navigation, while configurable memory depth up to 800 Mpts per channel on 2-channel operation supports extended acquisition windows.
