It delivers 256 GSa/s sampling across 2 full-bandwidth channels with a 10-bit ADC and up to 2 Gpts of memory. Built on Indium Phosphide process technology, the instrument achieves jitter performance and an ultra-low noise floor. The UXR0592A is field-upgradeable to 110 GHz bandwidth, supporting extended measurement ranges for serial protocols and RF characterization.
