The Keysight UXR1004A is a 100 GHz real-time oscilloscope delivering 4 full-bandwidth channels and 256 GSa/s sample rate across all inputs. Built on Indium Phosphide (InP) process technology, this instrument combines ultra-low noise performance with high signal fidelity for precision characterization of fast analog and digital phenomena. The 10-bit ADC with averaging capability achieves ≥14 bits vertical resolution, while up to 2 Gpts of acquisition memory enables extended observation windows.
