It operates from single-phase or three-phase AC input (190–250 VAC, 47–63 Hz) with selectable voltage ranges, constant current/constant voltage regulation modes, and soft-start inrush current limiting. Digital metering and optional RSTL digital interface (RS232/IEEE 488) enable both local and remote system control. High-efficiency switch-mode design with external forced-air cooling provides stable output regulation: load regulation under 0.1% across both voltage and current modes, with output ripple of 75 mV rms. Housed in a 19.00 × 21.00 × 3.50 inch (48.3 × 53.3 × 8.9 cm) chassis weighing 34 lb (15 kg), the EMS13-200 combines analog programmability with optional digital interfaces for flexible integration into automated test systems and burn-in environments. Single-phase operation draws maximum 27.4 A; three-phase operation requires 16.5 A at rated frequency. Compliant with CE requirements and designed with comprehensive protection against fire and shock hazards.
