The LeCroy 64MXs is a 600 MHz, 4-channel digital oscilloscope built for precision signal capture and detailed waveform analysis. It delivers sampling rates up to 5 GS/s per channel with 10 Mpts record length, or up to 10 GS/s interleaved sampling with 32 Mpts capacity. The 10.4-inch color touch screen provides an intuitive interface for rapid measurements and signal exploration.
