The LeCroy 9314CM is a four-channel digital oscilloscope delivering 400 MHz bandwidth with simultaneous 100 MS/s sampling across all channels. Built for signal integrity analysis, waveform capture, and electronics testing, this instrument combines native 8-bit vertical resolution (expandable to 11 bits with ERES) with sophisticated triggering and processing capabilities. The 9314CM supports acquisition memory up to 1 Mpts per channel, segmentable memory up to 2,000 segments, and includes four 16-bit waveform memories plus four processing memories for advanced signal analysis.
