The instrument captures transient events and high-frequency components with configurable acquisition memory up to 2 M points per channel, advanced triggering modes, and precise timebase control. A 9-inch CRT display with 810 × 696 resolution supports multiple viewing modes, while GPIB and RS232C connectivity enable integration with automated test systems.
