Equipment info

The LeCroy ADP300 is a high-voltage active differential probe engineered for precision measurement of elevated voltage potentials in power electronics and industrial test environments. It delivers 20 MHz bandwidth with 1400 V peak differential voltage capability and ±1000 V RMS common-mode range, making it ideal for troubleshooting circuits where ground reference is elevated or unknown. Attenuation (100X or 1000X) is automatically selected by the oscilloscope. The probe integrates directly with compatible Teledyne LeCroy instruments via the ProBus system, which supplies power, handles communication, and enables complete front-panel or remote control of measurement parameters.
