The Agilent/Keysight 10074A is a passive oscilloscope probe delivering 10:1 attenuation and 150 MHz bandwidth for general-purpose signal measurement. The probe combines a durable stainless steel body with hard, fracture-resistant plastic housing and a 1.5 m cable terminated in BNC connector. It accepts input voltage up to 500 V (mains isolated) and 500 V CAT I, with selectable input impedance of 10 MΩ // 15 pF or 1 MΩ // 15 pF. Risetime performance reaches <700 ps at 10:1 attenuation. The probe features a retractable hook tip, ground bayonet with flexible lead for high-frequency work, and an alligator clip ground lead. Included color tags (orange, white, blue, green—two of each) enable probe identification. A built-in wear detector on the cable alerts users to damage. When connected to a 1 MΩ scope input, the probe presents 10 MΩ input resistance and approximately 15 pF input capacitance. Compensation range spans 6–17 pF or 9–17 pF depending on configuration.
