The LeCroy WavePro 960 is a 2 GHz digital oscilloscope built for signal analysis across engineering disciplines requiring high-fidelity waveform capture and detailed troubleshooting. With four analog input channels, configurable sampling up to 16 GS/s on repetitive signals, and optional memory expansion to 64 Mpts/channel, this instrument delivers the acquisition depth needed for single-shot transient events and extended signal characterization. Its SMART Memory system automatically optimizes the balance between memory depth and sample rate, eliminating manual configuration overhead.

The WavePro 960 combines 8-bit vertical resolution with Enhanced Resolution (ERES) up to 11 bits, DC accuracy of ±2.0% full scale, and rise time under 175 ps for precision analog measurements. Dual input impedance options—1 MΩ with 12 pF capacitance or 50 Ω—support both high-impedance probing and RF work. Input sensitivity spans 1 mV to 2 V/div on 1 MΩ channels and 1 mV to 1 V/div on 50 Ω, with fully variable gain control.
