It supports AM, FM, phase, pulse, and FSK modulation—including dual-tone internal generation—making it suitable for RF design, component validation, receiver testing, and production environments. Reverse power protection to 50 W and dual interfaces (GPIB and RS-232) enable both standalone bench operation and integration into automated test systems. Optional high-power configuration extends output to +25 dBm (+19 dBm above 1.2 GHz), while high-stability frequency standard upgrades serve precision metrology applications.
