The Marconi IFR Aeroflex 2399B is a fully synthesized spectrum analyzer delivering RF measurement capability from 9 kHz to 3 GHz. Built for both laboratory and field deployment, it combines portable rugged construction with a 6.4-inch TFT color display and intuitive operator interface. The instrument executes semi-automated measurements including adjacent channel power, occupied bandwidth, channel power, and harmonic distortion analysis. Frequency resolution reaches 1 Hz across the operating range, with displayed average noise level of -127 dBm and input protection to ±50 Vdc.
