Operating from 9 kHz to 2.4 GHz with output power spanning –137 dBm to +25 dBm, it delivers the frequency resolution (1 Hz) and level resolution (0.1 dB) required for demanding aerospace, defense, and telecommunications applications. The instrument combines low phase noise performance with comprehensive modulation capabilities—AM, FM, phase modulation, and pulse modulation—supported by either internal or external modulation sources.
