The Marconi IFR Aeroflex 3416 is a digital RF signal generator delivering precise, agile signal generation across 250 kHz to 6 GHz. Built for research, development, manufacturing, and pre-compliance testing of RF communication systems, it combines high spectral purity with flexible modulation capabilities and rapid frequency/level settling. Fast GPIB control and optional List Mode enable automated test sequences with sub-500 µs hopping times, making it ideal for ATE environments and FCC Part 15 validation.
