It provides precise output control across -110 dBm to +20 dBm with 0.01 dB resolution, supporting CW, frequency sweep, power sweep, FM, and pulse modulation modes. The instrument integrates internal filtering for harmonic suppression below -50 dBc and includes list mode capability for storing up to 1024 frequency sequences. Pulse modulation achieves >40 dB on/off ratio with rise times under 10 µs, while FM modulation spans 0.1 Hz to 500 kHz with 20–400 kHz deviation range. Ideal for component characterization, receiver testing, and system-level RF validation.
