The Marconi IFR Aeroflex 7100 is a digital radio test set for design, development, and performance characterization of modern wireless devices across multiple protocol layers. It validates UE chipsets and terminals against 3GPP Rel-8 through Rel-11 standards, delivering comprehensive RF testing, signal generation, and protocol analysis from the radio interface through PDCP and IMS layers. A touchscreen GUI and software-defined architecture accommodate evolving test requirements across E-UTRA bands.
