The Marlow Industries SE5020 is a precision temperature controller and power supply that combines programmable PID control with linear bipolar output architecture to manage thermoelectric cooling devices across demanding thermal applications. Operating over a -99.9°C to 150.0°C range with ±0.1°C stability, it delivers up to 192 W of output power and supports multiple control modes including automatic temperature regulation, PID ramp-to-setpoint, and manual constant-current operation.

Technical Specifications

The SE5020 provides 0 to ±12 Adc output current with voltage compliance from 0 to ±16 Vdc at 12 A, extending to ±21 Vdc at 1 A. Temperature control stability reaches ±0.1°C typical, with calibration accuracy of ±0.5°C and linearization accuracy of 0.1°C for thermistor and 0.2°C for thermocouple inputs. Ramp rates span 0.01°/min. to 99.99°/min., allowing precise thermal profiling. Output ripple and noise remain below 10 mA rms. Voltage and current readout accuracy is 1% of reading plus two digits.

The unit accepts dual AC input supplies: 104–125 Vac or 208–250 Vac at 48–62 Hz, drawing 4.8 A maximum at 115 VAC and 2.4 A maximum at 230 VAC. Operating temperature is 0°C to 50°C; storage range extends to -10°C to 50°C.
