The MKS Instruments / Granville-Phillips 275 Convectron Gauge Controller is a vacuum measurement instrument that delivers accurate pressure readings from atmosphere to 1×10⁻⁴ Torr using convection-enhanced Pirani gauge technology. The controller combines fast millisecond response times with factory calibration for N₂ or air to ensure gauge-to-gauge reproducibility across diverse vacuum applications. Available in multiple configurations—digital display, RS-485 interface, and analog output versions—the 275 integrates readily into semiconductor manufacturing, vacuum coating, and freeze-drying systems.
