The MKS Instruments / Granville-Phillips 358 Micro-Ion Controller is a half-rack vacuum gauge controller engineered for precise pressure measurement across ultra-high to moderate vacuum ranges. It delivers optimized performance with Granville-Phillips Micro-Ion gauges, measuring from 5×10⁻¹⁰ Torr to 5×10⁻² Torr, with optional Dual Convectron capability extending measurement to 1000 Torr. The compact extruded aluminum enclosure provides superior electrical noise immunity while maintaining CE compliance.
